African culture and customs are greatly misunderstood not only by foreigners, but even by most africans themselves. Most people look at african customs as inherently evil, thus Africans are viewed as people with nefarious culture. A need to separate myth from reality.
Tsika dzeVatema is a space dedicated for the transfer of knowledge from Vadzimu (Ancestors) to current and future generations. It seeks to preserve the traditions of Vadzimu. This is an attempt to present an African story and an attempt to educate each other on what constitute African culture, and customs.
